At Bohio Vista, we’re happy to welcome your beloved furry companion to participate in your ceremony, creating those unforgettable “walk down the aisle” moments that make your day uniquely yours.

To ensure a smooth and elegant experience for all guests, a few thoughtful guidelines apply:

• Pets must remain leashed at all times

• A dedicated handler (other than the couple) must be present

• Pets should depart the venue following the ceremony

• Any damages or additional cleaning would be the responsibility of the host

While pets are welcome to be part of your ceremony memories, they are not permitted to remain for the reception.

We absolutely love hosting celebrations filled with family — and that includes the little ones 💛

To ensure every guest is comfortable and properly accommodated, we base our guest count on seating and space needs.

• Infants (ages 0–2) who do not require a seat are complimentary and not included in your final guest count.

• Children ages 3 and older are included in the total guest count, as they require seating and contribute to layout planning and staffing.

Our goal is to create a beautiful, stress-free experience for everyone attending — from grandparents to toddlers. If you’re expecting several children at your event, we’re happy to review layout options with you during your tour to make sure everything flows comfortably.
