As part of our extensive service offerings, we provide a variety of essential decorations that feature high-quality artificial flowers and props designed to enhance the ambiance of your wedding. Our selection includes meticulously curated items such as a guest sign-in table and cake table, complete with tablecloths. Additionally, we offer a beautifully designed gift card chest to bring an elegant and sophisticated touch to your wedding celebration.

Ceremony

Our Sunset Terrace offers a variety of custom iron or wood arches, gazebos, and teepees from which to select. In addition, we provide seating for up to 50 guests and basic decor options.

Wedding Rehearsal

We offer exclusive access to Sunset Terrace for a duration of up to one hour, accompanied by our proficient coordination services. We kindly request scheduling an appointment.

The setup, teardown, and cleanup for the event will be expertly managed by our dedicated team. Our security officer will efficiently manage parking arrangements to ensure a smooth arrival for your guests.

Client-Provided amenities:

Customers are welcome to bring their own amenities, including food selections, cakes, as well as beer, wine, and champagne. This collaborative approach not only promotes a cost-effective experience but also enables a personalized touch, customized to the individual preferences of our valued clientele.

Catering Space

Tables are available for use by both clients and vendors. The provision of a food warmer will be the responsibility of either the client or the vendor.

Our comprehensive service offerings encompass a variety of premium coolers that are meticulously stocked with ice to ensure beverages are maintained at optimal temperatures. Our beverage selection includes popular soda options such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Diet Coke, along with other amenities like water.

Bohio Vista Mini Bar Operation

The bar shall commence operations subsequent to the ceremony, with the final opportunity to place orders occurring half an hour prior to the conclusion of the event.
The personnel will diligently prepare all items you provided for immediate retrieval on the same evening.

Clean-up/Damage Deposit $500 refundable

The reimbursement of the Security Deposit is contingent upon the completion of a final property inspection within a period of ten days, and any necessary deductions resulting from the following are to be assessed:

▪ Property damage, including damage to furnishings.

▪ The presence of mess requires exceptional cleaning efforts. Please be advised that the invoicing for the clean-up/damage deposit will be handled separately from the charges for venue rental and any additional services.

Event Certificate Insurance

That our esteemed clientele obtains Event Certificate Insurance at least 14 days ahead of their scheduled event. To streamline this essential prerequisite, our website offers a seamlessly accessible link, enabling a hassle-free completion of the process.

Reservation Process

(non-refundable retainer)

We would like to inform you that in order to secure your reservation, we kindly request a non-refundable retainer fee of $1500. To facilitate the payment process, we will provide you with a secure payment link. Please be aware that pricing may be subject to adjustment until the retainer fee is received and the booking is officially confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and prompt payment.

Payment Process

To optimize the effectiveness of our payment system, we offer interest- free installment plans with deadlines established at 120, 90, and 60 days prior to the event, requiring 50% of the balance to be settled 190 days before the event. The final payment must be made 30 days before the event date to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Exceeding the designated limit of 50 attendees will result in an extra fee of $20 per person, with a maximum capacity of 60 attendees.

The event is scheduled to last for four hours and will strictly follow our established protocols that require all gatherings to conclude promptly.
